Patrick Barrett

Patrick Barrett is a skilled Sales Leader with extensive experience in scaling and improving sales organizations. They served as Director of Inside Sales at Orchard from 2019 to 2022, where they expanded the SDR team from 5 to over 60 members while doubling conversion rates. Following this role, they took on the position of Head of Inside Sales, successfully managing a combined team of over 100 agents and launching new revenue channels. Previously, at Lighthouse 360, Patrick consistently achieved and surpassed sales targets as a Senior Sales Manager and played a crucial role in training and developing future leaders.
