In 2014, Brady joined Envoy Relationship Marketing as a Business Development Coordinator, responsible for prospecting and securing meetings with other businesses. Shane then advanced to the role of Account Manager, where they worked closely with clients, creating prospecting strategies, drafting email campaigns, and generating revenue. In 2019, Brady was promoted to Director of Sales, overseeing sales operations and implementing growth strategies.

Brady transitioned to the healthcare industry in 2020, joining 1health as an Account Executive and later becoming the SDR Team Lead. In these roles, they demonstrated their sales expertise and leadership skills.

Currently, Brady is employed at Practice by Numbers, where they serve as the Director of Customer Success. In this position, they ensure customer satisfaction and success by overseeing customer support and managing relationships.
