Affan Aamir

Affan Aamir has a diverse work experience. Affan is currently the Managing Director at UrbanMed, a healthcare outsourcing leader offering virtual assistance, appointment scheduling, insurance verification, and revenue cycle management solutions. Prior to that, they were an Operations Manager at Prequel Systems, focusing on IT excellence and consulting services. Before that, they worked as a Clinical Team Lead at Practice EHR and as a Clinical Support Analyst at SequelMed. Affan began their career as an Intern at Quaid-e-Azam International Hospital and also had a summer intern role at the U.S. Association for the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR).

Affan Aamir attended Shifa Tameer-e-Millat University from 2014 to 2019, where they earned a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree with a focus on medicine. In July 2019, they obtained the Basic Trauma Life Support certification from Sindh Medical College Alumini Association of North America and Lifesavers Foundation, Pakistan.
