Dan Coker

Dan Coker is a motivated and passionate leader currently serving as the Head of Healthcare at HMP Onley. With a wealth of experience in managing staff and supporting young individuals with complex behaviors in custodial and residential settings, they have consistently demonstrated an ability to implement change in high-pressure environments. Previously, Dan has held various roles, including Deputy Head of Healthcare at HMP Onley and Decency Lead at HMP Five Wells, where they focused on improving living conditions and operational processes. Dan earned a degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice from the University of Wolverhampton.
