Mandy Headland is the National Operational Lead for Projects at Practice Plus Group, having previously served as a Regional Manager responsible for healthcare services in nine prisons across Yorkshire. With over 30 years of experience in the NHS, Mandy has held various senior management roles in both Community and Acute Care sectors, including the Managing Director of an Integrated Medical Care Centre at South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. Mandy holds a PgC in Innovation and Improving Performance from the University of Teesside, along with nursing qualifications from the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital and Derby School of Nursing.
