As Michigan’s first IACET-accredited provider of CME and experiential learning programs, PTI focuses on primary care transformation and community-based care team initiatives. PTI embraces a forward-thinking mindset and proactively incorporated team-centered advances in the evolution of the Patient-Centered Medical Home with Community Health Worker (CHW) training and CHW partnership development. Utilizing expert curriculum, PTI offers dynamic learning whether virtual or in-person.
