Julien Smith

Julien Smith is an accomplished entrepreneur and executive with a focus on coaching and leadership development. As the Founder and CEO of Practice since November 2019, Julien has created a platform for launching and managing coaching businesses, supported by notable investors including a16z and Tony Robbins. In addition, Julien serves as an Executive Coach for first-time venture-backed CEOs and is a member of the Platform Coalition Advisory Group at the International Coaching Federation. Julien's extensive experience also includes being a Board Member at Schéma, a co-founder and Chairman of Breather, and an independent board member for POTLOC. Julien has been recognized as Entrepreneur of the Year by EY and has shared expertise as a guest lecturer at Columbia University and McGill University. Prior to these roles, Julien was the publisher of a popular website focused on marketing and personal development.
