Debra O Sullivan

Debra O Sullivan has extensive work experience in human resources, with a focus on managerial roles. Debra is currently working as the Head of Human Resources for Ireland and the UK at PracticeEvolve, a legal practice management software group. Debra previously held the position of HR Manager at the same company. Before that, Debra worked as the Group H&S Manager at ELIS from 2014 to 2019. Prior to ELIS, they served as the Human Resources Manager at AMES TRUE TEMPER, INC. from 2012 to 2014 and at the Maryborough Hotel from 2011 to 2012. Debra'scareer in human resources began at Choice Hotels Ireland, where they worked as the Human Resources Manager from 2004 to 2011.

Debra O'Sullivan has a diverse education history. Debra started their educational journey in 2005 at Munster Technological University, where they obtained a Certificate in Personnel Practice with a focus on Human Resource Management in 2006. Debra continued their studies at the same institution and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resources Management from 2006 to 2009. Afterward, in 2013, Debra pursued an Honours degree in Human Resource Management at Munster Technological University until 2014. In 2014 and 2015, they attended University College Dublin and obtained a Certificate in Safety & Health at Work. Lastly, from 2016 to 2018, Debra pursued a Master of Science degree in Occupational Safety and Health from University College Dublin.
