Tom Maher

Tom Maher has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Tom worked as the CEO at Practicefirst since 1996. Prior to that, they served as the Portfolio Manager and Vice President of Secondary Marketing at Empire Realty Credit Corp from 1986 to 1996. From 1984 to 1986, Tom was the Controller at Lafayette General Hospital.

Tom Maher attended St. Joseph's Collegiate Institute from 1973 to 1977. Tom obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University at Buffalo School of Management, The State University of New York, which they attended from 1978 to 1981. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained certifications such as Sales Advantage from Dale Carnegie Training in June 2008, Certified Professional Coder from the American Academy of Professional Coders in March 2008, and Certified Public Accountant from the New York State Education Department in May 1986.
