Nikhil C.S. has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on medical billing and revenue cycle management. Nikhil then joined Cascade Revenue Management - An AIMA Group Company in 2016 as a Subject Matter Expert in Revenue Cycle Management, which provided him with new opportunities and improved their management skills. In 2019, Nikhil joined PracticeSuite, Inc. as a Team Lead, where they led a team and interacted with US healthcare providers on their medical billing requirements. Nikhil was later promoted to Senior Team Lead and then Account Manager. PracticeSuite, Inc. is a prominent medical billing service vendor in the USA. Overall, Nikhil's work experience has provided him with a strong foundation in healthcare operations and client relationships.

Nikhil C.S. completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature at the University of Calicut from 2010 to 2013. In 2014, they obtained an Advanced Diploma in Human Resources Management from Ajax Management Consultants.
