Prof. Ann Sheen Obe

Prof. Ann Sheen OBE is an experienced healthcare leader with a career spanning several decades, including significant roles at Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust, where leadership positions ranged from Nursing Officer to Chief Executive Officer. Currently serving as a Non-Executive Director at Practicus since March 2011, Prof. Sheen contributes to strategic oversight and performance evaluation. In addition, as a Special NHS Advisor, support is provided to multiple acute trusts and social enterprises in their turnaround and transformation efforts, focusing on executive coaching and mentoring. Prof. Sheen holds a Master's in Business Administration from the University of Reading, a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of West London, and a Management Diploma from Slough College, complemented by a foundational nursing education as a Registered General Nurse.
