Sharmilee Bal

Sharmilee Bal is an experienced professional currently serving as a Team Lead at Practo since February 2019, where responsibilities include team handling, process improvement, customer experience enhancement, and driving product and revenue growth. Prior to this role, Sharmilee worked as a Subject Matter Expert and Health Account Manager at Aster CMI Hospital from January 2018 to September 2018, with a focus on inpatient department management and guest relations. Additionally, Sharmilee completed management internships in both the inpatient and outpatient departments at Columbia Asia Hospitals Pvt. Ltd. in 2017.
