Tom Sheehan

Tom Sheehan is a Partner at Practus, LLP, with extensive experience in federal securities laws and SEC regulations. Prior to their current role, Tom served as Of Counsel at Bernstein Shur and held a director position at Citi Global Transaction Services. Tom also worked as Managing Director and Counsel at Forum Financial Group before it was acquired by Citigroup. Tom's legal career began at various law firms and the US Securities and Exchange Commission, where Tom held senior counsel roles. Tom holds a JD from the University of Chicago Law School, an MBA from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management, and an AB in Economics from Cornell University.
