Wade Bridge

Wade Bridge is a Partner at Practus, LLP, having joined the firm in 2018. They have served as Counsel at The 1940 Act Law Group since 2017 and previously held various positions in fund administration, including Director at Ultimus Fund Solutions, LLC from 2012 to 2017 and Vice President at the same company. Wade has also worked as a Chief Compliance Officer at Fort Washington Brokerage Services, Inc. from 2000 to 2002 and as an Attorney at Integrated Fund Services, Inc. from 1998 to 2000. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Missouri-Columbia and are currently pursuing a Doctor of Law at Northern Kentucky University—Salmon P. Chase College of Law.
