Massimo Pangrazzi

Massimo Pangrazzi has extensive experience in human resources, having served in multiple leadership roles at Prada Group since September 2013, including Human Resources Director for France, Belgium, and Monaco, and HR Director for Design and Communication across Prada and Miu Miu worldwide. Prior to this, Massimo held various HR management positions at Arnoldo Mondadori Editore from February 2007 to August 2013, and worked as an HR Specialist at Schwarz Pharma from March 2006 to February 2007. Massimo holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources and Organization from ISTUD Business School and a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore.
