Massimo Pedemonte is a seasoned professional in global mobility management with extensive experience in expatriate management and international tax consultancy. Currently serving as the WW Global Mobility Manager in the Compensation & Benefit Department at Prada since December 2011, Massimo specializes in employee expatriation processes across Europe, the USA, and the Far East. Prior roles include Senior Tax Associate at ECA ITALIA, Tax Associate at PwC, and Senior Consultant at FIS S.p.A., among others. With a foundation in tax and legal services from KPMG and an ongoing education at Università degli Studi di Genova, Massimo has developed expertise in international secondment programs, compensation planning, and compliance with tax and social security regulations.
