Patrick Johnson serves as the Director of Organizational Development at PRADCO since February 2022, after a successful tenure at Summa Health from March 2011 to February 2022 as a Leadership Development Coach and Sr. Employee Relations Coordinator. Prior experience includes a significant 20-year career in the U.S. Air Force, where Patrick held the role of First Sergeant. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Human Resource Management from DeVry University, Keller Graduate School of Management, and a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Education focused on Corporate Training & Development and Criminal Justice from Wayland Baptist University.
