SWISS EXCELLENCE in Executive Search & Succession Planning. The PRAECLARUS team is active for two management levels and supports its clients and organizations in Top-and Middle Management.

We carry out the planning for successful SME successions as well as carrying out executive searches to fill board-level and C-level positions.

At Middle Management level, we support organizations in the timely and optimized recruitment of executives and specialists, which are often difficult to find in the timeframe required.

As a Swiss service provider, we work discreetly and to high standards. Values such as integrity, confidentiality, professionalism and fairness are fundamental to our work. Our business model is based on these values, which are harmonized and applied to both hierarchical levels. The audited process allows an optimized assessment of the current situation, describes the project procedure, and is recorded in a transparent and traceable manner, which can be viewed by the customer at any time.

PRAECLARUS is certificated by SECO - State Secretariat for Economic Affairs, Swiss Confederation - for national and international job placement. PRAECLARUS works mainly for industry and trade, as well as for international associations like trading groups (ITG's). Our priority is to have a long-term and successful relationship with the client.

Clarus, apertus et intime is our credo. This is what we stand for.
