John Townsend

John Townsend has extensive experience in network support and infrastructure engineering, currently holding the position of Network Support at Praeses since August 2018. John's early career included an internship in information services at Kansas City Kansas Community College, where responsibilities included user training and desktop support. John holds an Associate of Applied Science in Computer Engineering Technology from Kansas City Kansas Community College, along with degrees in Computer Repair and Networking Technology from Northeast Kansas Technical College.
