Tracy Chen

Tracy Chen has a diverse work experience in program management and account management. Tracy started working as a Program Manager at WHOLE LIFE, INC. in 2018, where they developed marketing materials, managed administrative tasks, and implemented new program work scopes. In 2019, Tracy joined Agile Mile, Inc. as an Account Manager, providing software assistance to government clients and conducting thorough testing and verification processes. Tracy also created marketing materials to promote the company's TDM software service. Tracy then moved on to General Dynamics Electric Boat in 2020, where they served as a Lead Detail Planner for the Missile Tube Program. In this role, they implemented agile and waterfall methodologies, managed a team of 60+ members, and served as the point of contact for planning activities. Tracy is currently working as a Senior Program Manager at Praeses, starting in 2023.

Tracy Chen completed their education journey with a Bachelor's Degree in Rehabilitation and Disability, with a minor in Psychology from Springfield College in the years 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, from 2013 to 2015, they attained an Associate's Degree in Psychology from Manchester Community College.
