Wayne Rich, Sr. is a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in supply chain management, consulting, and operational optimization. Currently serving as the Director of Supply Chain - Americas at PRÆSIDIAD since May 2021, Wayne led a full ERP implementation and achieved a remarkable 38% reduction in working capital tied up in inventory within the first year. In addition to this role, Wayne has been the Owner and Principal at W. R. and Associates Consulting Group and WayCPS since December 2014 and May 2014, respectively, focusing on supply chain consulting and continuous improvement methodologies.
