Previously, Vikash held the position of Assistant Manager at Pragati Group, focusing on operations and compliance. Prior to that, Vikash worked at Concentrix for over 12 years as an Operations Team Lead, overseeing process improvements and managing teams. Vikash Narwal holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Mahrishi Dayanand University Rohtak.
