Mike Els

Mike Els has extensive experience in asset management and engineering, currently serving as the Head of On Key Training at Pragma Global since July 2007. In this role, Mike leads a team focused on delivering innovative solutions in asset management, continuous improvement, and business process optimization. Prior positions at Pragma include Project Manager, RnD Engineer, and Asset Care Engineer, where responsibilities encompassed enhancing business processes and managing client relationships in the European cluster for a global packaging organization. Before joining Pragma, Mike was a Production Manager at Myspace, where responsibilities included planning and scheduling production activities and managing inventory. Mike holds a Bachelor of Technology in Industrial Engineering from the University of South Africa and a National Diploma in Industrial Engineering from Cape Peninsula University of Technology.
