Cullen Su has been a Software Engineer since 2020 at Pragma Platform. Prior to that, they were a Software Engineer at Enlearn from 2013 to 2020, where they designed a domain-specific language to describe how students solve algebra problems, built a compiler and runtime to execute the language, and optimized the environment to maximize data gathered while retaining system responsiveness. From 2011 to 2013, they were an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Washington, where they helped develop Creature Capture, a flash game intended to teach grade school children about fractions. Cullen worked on the game server (written in Java) and the game client (written in ActionScript).
