Jeff Zych

Jeff Zych is a designer and technologist passionate about building technology that enhances people's lives. They currently serve as the Owner and Principal Designer at PB & J Designs, a product design consultancy focused on creating exceptional UI and UX for developer tools. Previously, Jeff held roles such as Head of Product Design at LaunchDarkly and Design Manager at Optimizely. In addition to practical experience, they contributed to academia as a Graduate Student Researcher at the University of California, Berkeley, where they developed PrivacyPatterns.org, a resource for privacy-related software engineering advice. Jeff holds a Master's degree in Information Management & Systems from UC Berkeley and a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Communication and Computer Science from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
