Feras Alkhalil

Feras Alkhalil is an accomplished leader in semiconductor research and development, currently serving as the VP of Research and Development at Pragmatic Semiconductor since September 2015. In this role, Feras spearheads technology roadmap development and strategy while managing cross-functional teams and global partnerships to enhance innovation and business growth. With a history of escalating responsibilities, previous positions include Senior Director of R&D, Principal Scientist and Research Manager, Research Manager, and Process Development Engineer, all characterized by a strong focus on material development, device innovation, and securing public funding. Additionally, Feras contributes to academia as a Visiting Fellow at Durham University and has served as a Research Fellow and Lecturer at the University of Southampton. Feras holds a PhD in Electronic and Electrical Engineering and an MS in Microelectronic Systems Design from the University of Southampton.
