Ross Crow is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in yield enhancement, defect analysis, and product assurance across the semiconductor industry. Currently serving as a Senior Yield Engineer at PragmatIC since October 2020, Ross focuses on yield improvement for flexICs. Prior roles include Principal Product Assurance Engineer at MBDA, managing non-conformance and production issues, and Principal Test & Yield Engineer at Nexperia UK Limited, overseeing automotive and power product testing.
