Prairie Life Storage is the Cedar Valley’s newest climate-controlled storage facility.  Conveniently located at 6100 Production Drive, at the corner of Viking Rd and Production Drive, in Cedar Falls, IA. Our facility is 100% climate controlled self-storage with over 300 units ranging in size from 5 x 5 to 10 x 30.  Household and business customers can take advantage of storing their belongings at our brand new, safe, and secure facility where our units are located inside our building. There is no need to worry about the snow or rain when loading and unloading in our fully enclosed and heated drive-thru bays. These bays can accommodate large trucks approximately 68 feet long, and there are complimentary carts and dollies for you to use while you’re here. Access to the storage facility is secure and limited to customers only with a personal keycode. Video surveillance inside and outside of the building is monitored 24/7. Customers can access their items 7 days a week from 6am-10pm. The facility is closed during the over-night hours as security is a top priority.
