Hetalkumar K has extensive experience in the software industry, spanning over 17 years. Hetalkumar is currently working as the Head of Delivery & Operations at Prakash Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd since July 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Technology Officer at Riddhi Corporate Services Limited from August 2018 to June 2021. Hetalkumar also held the position of Senior Project Manager at Radixweb from June 2014 to August 2018, and at Reliance Communications from December 2010 to June 2014. Hetalkumar worked as a System Analyst at Cybage Software from June 2010 to December 2010, and as a Senior System Engineer at IBM from April 2007 to May 2010. Hetalkumar started their career as a Software Programmer at SMG Infosolutions Pvt Ltd in August 2004, where they worked until January 2007.

Hetalkumar K completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mathematics from Bhavan's R. A. College of Science from 1999 to 2001. Hetalkumar then pursued their Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree in Computer Science from Shri Chimanbhai Patel Institute of Computer Applications from 2001 to 2004.

In addition to their formal education, Hetalkumar K has obtained several certifications from Microsoft. These include Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Fundamentals, Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals, Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Fundamentals, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, and Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals. These certifications were obtained in the months of June and July 2021.
