Prana Clinic is a yoga therapy and coaching practice dedicated to helping people discover a more embodied way of living. Whether you're dealing with mental health challenges, limiting physical conditions, or simply grappling with a lifestyle that's taking you in the wrong direction, there are tools so many tools available that can help you move toward a healthier, brighter, and more easeful way of living.

Many of these tools have been around for centuries, and through research in neuroscience, biology, and psychology we're just now beginning to understand their power. Prana Clinic pulls from the best of them, blending Eastern philosophy and practices with Western, evidence-based approaches to create a wellness plan that works for your unique needs.

While we take a bio-psycho-social approach, looking at all aspects of your wellbeing as an interconnected system, all recommended activities are designed to complement, not compete with, traditional or alternative treatments or therapies you may already be using.

Rather than continuing the never ending battle of 'doing to' yourself in the name of health, learn to take a more compassionate and collaborative approach to self care and personal growth. All it takes is a little education, encouragement, and personal exploration to learn to connect with your own internal guidance system and fully embrace the the freedom of embodied living.
