Diana is a Certified Watsu Practitioner, and an Energy Healer.  She developed her unique way of coaching using aquatic bodywork and energy healing in warm water.  She first spend one-hour to guide your mind and body to reach a Michelin Star level of relaxation.  Using back flow of warm water, it encourages energy that is deeply stuck to start moving.  It often results in trauma releases, and clearing of energy blockages. Also, at this sleeping/not sleeping state of surrendering, the door between your conscious and subconscious mind opens, allowing yourself to have profound realization and learning.
