Jon Hall

Jon Hall has a strong background in the technology industry, with over 15 years of experience in the development of solutions for Onboard Retail in the Airline & Rail industries. Jon is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Novo Onboard Retail Ltd, where they oversee the development of the Novo software suite, which facilitates sales of onboard duty-free, food, beverages, and ancillary products. Prior to this role, Jon served as the Director of Outsourcing & Client Relations at Pratham Software (PSI), where they focused on consulting and advisory services to help clients augment IT skills and scale IT operations. Before that, they held the position of Chief Operations Officer at TouchStar Technologies for over 23 years, where they were responsible for R&D and operations across the group and played a key role in determining the company's strategic direction and business development. Jon has also held various sales and managerial roles at companies such as AIDC UK LTD., Belgravium, Teradyne (Genrad), Wayne Kerr, and Farnell Instruments Ltd.

Jon Hall attended Leeds Beckett University, where they studied Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Prior to that, they attended St Aidan's C of E Harrogate for their earlier education.
