Ajit Solanki has a diverse background in HR, research, and social work. They have worked in various capacities at organizations such as Pratham, Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab (J-PAL), and Chetak Group of Companies. Ajit holds a Master of Philosophy in Social Work from the University of Lucknow and a Bachelor of Education in Special Education and Teaching from Indira Gandhi National Open University. With a strong educational foundation and extensive work experience, Ajit brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their role as State Head at Pratham.
