David Roberts

David Roberts is a highly experienced professional with a diverse background in education, counseling, and volunteer work. Currently serving as the Podcast Host for The Teaching Journeys Podcast since March 2023, David showcases stories of resilience and life lessons from guests of various backgrounds. For nearly a decade, David has contributed as an Adjunct Faculty member at PrattMWP and as an Adjunct Professor at Utica University, focusing on psychology and child-life departments. Additionally, David has dedicated service as a Bereavement Support Volunteer at Hospice & Palliative Care, Inc. from 2006 to 2022 and worked as an Addictions Counselor/Supervisor at McPike ATC, retiring in 2012. David holds a Master of Social Work from the University at Albany and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Utica University.
