Andy Baker is a Quality Management professional with over 20 years of experience in operational excellence. They served as a Master Black Belt at Penske Logistics and later held leadership roles, including Director of Operational Excellence at Thrush Aircraft, Inc. and Global Director of Operational Excellence at Sealed Air Corporation. Currently, Andy is the Site Lead for Continuous Improvement at Pratt & Whitney, where they provide visionary leadership and mentoring for continuous improvement initiatives. They are pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Appalachian State University and are an FAA Certified Commercial Instrument Rotary Wing Pilot through US Army Aviation.
