Erick Fish

Erick Fish is currently the Associate Director - Discipline Chief at Pratt & Whitney, where they lead a large team of Quality Cell Leaders and inspection personnel, driving inspection process improvements and promoting a culture of continuous improvement. Previously, they held various roles at Pratt & Whitney, including Senior Quality Manager and Receiving Inspection Supervisor, where they developed quality metrics and mentored diverse talent. Fish has also gained experience in sales and management as a Branch Manager and Sales Manager at Vector Marketing. They are pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Economics and a Minor in Business Administration at Central Connecticut State University.
