Innjay Moon

Innjay Moon, MBA, is an accomplished project engineer and program manager with extensive experience working alongside aircraft manufacturers, airline clients, seat vendors, system integrators, and in-flight entertainment suppliers. They have held various roles, including IPT Leader at Pratt & Whitney and Program Associate at Zodiac Aerospace, where they demonstrated strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Currently serving as Deputy CIPT Leader at Pratt & Whitney, Innjay continues to contribute to the aerospace industry while fostering a positive work environment. They earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, San Diego, and an MBA from the University of Connecticut School of Business.
