Jonathan Frederick

Jonathan Frederick is currently part of the Aftermarket Operations Development Program at Pratt & Whitney, serving as the CTRP Cell Lead, where responsibilities include overseeing the operational and production flow of shared services and induction cells. In prior rotations, Jonathan led the DARO Cell, optimizing the operational flow for PW4000 & GP7000 cluster vanes repair cells and managing projects related to equipment industrialization and layout. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in Aviation with a focus on Leadership, expected in June 2025, and a degree in Aviation Business Administration with a concentration in Supply Chain Management, completed in 2023, both from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Additional experience includes roles at O'Maley College of Business as a facilitator, Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University as a student assistant, Lockheed Martin as a sub-contract administrator, and Saucon Valley Country Club as a caddie.
