Mark Laderman

Mark Laderman is currently the Associate Director of Control System Software Design Engineering at Pratt & Whitney Canada. They are a dynamic leader with a history of building, training, and mentoring teams of both new graduates and seasoned professionals. Previously, Mark held the position of Senior Manager in Project Engineering, where they specialized in control systems for gas turbine engines and led large multi-discipline teams on complex projects. Mark also contributed significantly to the company’s transformation toward a Product Lifecycle Management solution and served as Engine Control Software Lead for notable aircraft such as the Cessna Citation Mustang and the Embraer Phenom 100 & 300. Mark holds both a Bachelor of Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Ryerson University.
