Marlo Simon

Marlo Simon is a self-motivated engineering leader with experience in systems engineering and project management within the aerospace industry. Currently, Marlo serves as the Production Transition Lead and Operational Excellence Manufacturing Readiness Manager at Pratt & Whitney. Previously, Marlo held various leadership roles at Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc., culminating in the position of Director for the New England States, where they focused on strategy development and membership growth. Marlo earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University and an MS in Organizational Leadership from Quinnipiac University.
