Michael Graff possesses extensive engineering experience spanning over three decades, holding positions as a Project Engineer at Becton, Dickinson and Company and Pratt & Whitney, as well as a Mechanical Engineer at Decrane Aircraft. At Becton, Dickinson and Company, responsibilities included leading cross-functional project teams and spearheading new product introductions, while at Decrane Aircraft, design and modification of auxiliary fuel systems for Boeing aircraft were key duties. With a robust background in manufacturing improvements and operational efficiency, Michael has successfully managed significant capital projects and authored critical technical documentation throughout the career.
