Mike Lints is the Associate Director of Technical Accounting at Pratt & Whitney, after serving as Senior Manager in the same field. They have extensive experience as an Advisory Manager, supporting public company financial statement audits while focusing on the defense sector and assisting Federal clients. With a strong background in financial modeling, US GAAP compliance, and project management, Mike holds an MBA in Leadership and Organizational Performance, a Bachelor's in Finance and Music, and multiple professional certifications including CPA and PMP. Prior to their current role, they held positions at Lockheed Martin and Deloitte, among others.
