Mike Roach

Mike Roach is the Director of Industrial Cooperation and Offsets at Pratt and Whitney. They previously served as Associate Director at the same company, focusing on international offsets and industrial participation. Earlier in their career, Mike held multiple roles at Raytheon, including Offset Manager and Senior Commercial Manager, where they specialized in contracts and supply chain management. Mike also worked as a Business Manager at the University of Arizona, performing financial analysis and procurement. They earned a Master of Public Administration in Public Finance from the Eller College of Management at the University of Arizona.
