We operate at the owner level. At this level, law, taxes, corporate structure, growth strategy, and management decisions exist simultaneously - as a single environment, not a collection of separate disciplines. Separating them means losing the whole. Pravelon exists at this point.
For us, there's no distinction between "legal" and "business." An owner entering a new market simultaneously addresses issues of jurisdiction, structure, team, positioning, and project economics. We address all of these - as an advisor, a mentor, and a partner when the situation requires it.
