Cai Wang has a strong background in engineering and process management, with extensive experience in the coating industry. At Praxair Surface Technologies (ChangZhou) Co., Ltd, from May 2015 to September 2018, Cai Wang served as the 工艺主管, responsible for implementing spraying processes across multiple sectors, including steel, aviation, and oil. Prior to this role, Cai Wang worked as a Quality Process Engineer at ArcelorMittal, focusing on process and product quality improvements through data analysis. Currently, Cai Wang is the Acting Engineering Manager at Praxair Surface Technologies since May 2015 and previously held the position of Mechanical Engineer & Workshop Supervisor at Changzhou Coating Technology Co.Ltd from July 2011 to November 2014.
