Dylan Sands

Dylan Sands, PMP, PSM, SA, currently serves as Associate Delivery Director at Praxent since March 2025. Previously, as Senior Director of Program Management at Able, significant achievements included enhancing project execution efficiency and overhauling contract and resource management processes. At Stellar Elements, from March 2016 to October 2023, Dylan led a team of 15 program managers, overseeing a $50 million PMO within a financial institution and driving a major technical transformation. Earlier experiences include consulting management roles at Sendero, founding Eadand Inc. to develop an esports prediction game, and project management at e-Rewards, where high client satisfaction and profit margins were consistently achieved. Dylan holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Management with a minor in Psychology from Texas Tech University.
