Dan Reed

Dan Reed is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in development and leadership within the nonprofit and social sectors. Currently a Partner at Praxis Capital since 2021, Dan is involved in a venture-building ecosystem that supports faith-driven innovators. Previously, Dan founded and served as CEO of Seed from 2015 to 2021, focusing on coaching leaders in scalable fundraising and impactful program models. Dan's earlier roles include serving as Chief Development Officer at Morris Animal Foundation, where significant funding was directed towards animal health research, and as Director of Development for the Denver Public Schools Foundation, enhancing educational investments. Dan's career also encompasses a role as Development Officer for the National Right to Work Committee. Dan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in History from Geneva College.
