PRAXIS PHYSIOTHERAPY
Prevent Prepare Perform

Our founders, Stephen and Cameron both established Praxis Physiotherapy out of a common belief and passion: That specific, personalised and evidence based physiotherapy is the most effective and efficient method in preventing future dysfunction, preparing for your activity and performing at your best.

The skilful application of a theory defines Praxis by name and nature. This core concept is what both Cam and Stephen strive to achieve with every single client. They understand that your body is unique and deserves tailored rehabilitation and not generic treatments that have failed in the past.

Finally, Praxis Physiotherapy thrive on creating positive change in people’s lives, be it sport, work or recreational pursuits. We welcome all walks of life and promise to give you our all.
