Capital intelligence is the deployment of autonomous AI systems to identify, qualify, and engage the specific individuals who determine whether a transaction moves forward. It operates on primary data that commercial databases have not indexed, spanning both institutional allocators and acquisition targets. This is not analytics layered on top of existing data. It is a new class of sourcing infrastructure.

The problem is well known to anyone who has run a fundraise or built an acquisition pipeline. Teams spend months compiling target lists from the same commercial platforms, manually researching contact paths, and coordinating outreach across disconnected tools. The process absorbs significant time and headcount before a single qualified conversation takes place.

The platform operates through two modules. Capital formation serves fund managers and corporates raising institutional capital. Deal origination serves acquirers sourcing proprietary targets. Both run on the same core infrastructure: autonomous agents that work primary data sources outside the coverage of established databases.

And this is the central design choice. The commercial databases that most firms rely on recycle the same records across the same subscriber base. The data degrades over time, and the coverage gaps are structural, not incidental. We built a proprietary data layer because the existing options did not meet the standard required.
