Praxnor Group is a specialized nuclear safeguards, security, and regulatory strategy advisory firm serving advanced reactor, nuclear technology, and high-consequence infrastructure organizations. Our mission is to help clients move from concept to deployment with security built into the design, not treated as an afterthought.

Built on real-world operational experience in national security, nuclear facility protection, and critical infrastructure defense, Praxnor Group turns complex regulatory and security requirements into practical, defensible programs. We help clients reduce licensing friction, identify risk before it becomes delay, protect critical assets, and build confidence with regulators, investors, partners, and internal leadership.

Our services are designed to meet clients where they are. Whether an organization needs executive-level strategy, licensing-ready documentation, operational planning, inspection preparation, or program buildout support, we curate our approach around the client’s mission, timeline, risk profile, and regulatory path.

Praxnor Group provides advisory support in safeguards, physical security, regulatory strategy, Site Security Plan development, UAS and Counter-UAS risk advisory, transportation security and interagency coordination, NRC audit and inspection readiness, physical security infrastructure planning, policies and procedures development, Nuclear Material Control and Accountability support, and force-on-force exercise assistance.

Praxnor Group is where direction meets action.
